Course completion at Open University
The course employs so-called Flipped learning model. Conventional lectures will not be held. Successful completion requires satisfactory performance in assignments and an exam. The course can be completed by accumulating activity points throughout the course, taking the exam, or through a combination of both. A certain minimum number of activity points must be achieved for a student to be eligible to take the exam, and these partial achievements must be related to the same course implementation.
The course includes an electronic Exam. The student takes the exam at a time of their choosing in the EXAM facilities. Please familiarize yourself with the instructions for taking the Exam.
Required prior knowledge
Compulsory prerequisites: EE.032 AC Circuits/EE.030 Circuit Theory, MATH.APP.220 Multivariable Calculus and FYS.101 University Physics 1. Please ensure that you have completed the required prerequisites before enrolling! By enrolling, you agree to meet the requirements and, if requested, you can present a transcript of records showing the completion of the required prerequisites.
