Online course in Moodle. The course consists of an independently written learning assignment based on the given literature and instructions. The themes cover relevant theories and concepts in organisational behaviour related to individuals, teams and groups, organisational and structural elements as well as leadership.

The student familiarises oneself with the theories and current research themes related to organisational behaviour. The student understands different phenomena related to organisational behaviour as a sum of how individuals, groups and organisational structures interact and influence one another. Additionally, the student understands the role of leadership in organisations. The student is able to use theoretical knowledge to analyse and develop solutions to challenges in managing work communities.

Introduction to business management or Introduction to Administrative Sciences or equivalent studies. Please ensure that you have completed the required prerequisites before registering!
