Strategic partnership between Tampere Universities and ABB Oy opens up new collaboration opportunities

The strategic partnership covers educational collaboration, educational development as well as joint development and innovation activities. The partnership will also support the development of expertise and facilitate collaboration on thesis projects, student projects and internships.

Strategic partnerships are established primarily to foster collaboration between companies and Tampere Universities, support the renewal of industry and the world of work, and promote the continuous development of expertise. Partnerships create new opportunities not only for students but also for research, development and innovation activities.
The partnership agreement between Tampere Universities and ABB Oy will remain in force for a period of five years. Collaboration between the parties will be based on jointly agreed operating principles and guided by annual action plans.
