The study examines the experiences of mothers aged 20–29 regarding the happiness, joy, and sources of strength in parenthood. It also provides insights into the support they wish for in family life and coping as a mother. The research focuses on societal impact and aims to develop recommendations for supporting family life and the desire for children. There is a need for solution-oriented research in the context of declining birth rates.
