A safe early childhood is a highly significant factor for a child's development and well-being. In the service system, the perspective of children's rights has received less attention in situations where the well-being of infants is at risk due to various risk factors.
The aim of the research is to improve the identification of situations involving infants born into ris conditions, enhance early intervention, and ensure safe that supports the infant's development.
