Research focus and goals
Our group focuses on theoretical, numerical, and experimental research on ultrafast photonics and applications. We control nonlinear phenomena to develop
light sources with tailored properties for ultrafast light diagnostics, sensing and imaging applications. We also develop real-time characterization techniques and use artificial intelligence to study and harness nonlinear instabilities, laser dynamics and ultrafast phenomena.
