Senior communal living (SENORA) project aims to build an overall picture of communal senior housing in Finland. We examine both the residents’ experiences and the views of stakeholders and developers. The project provides valuable information for service providers and developers to design and implement best practices and solutions for communal senior housing. The project also contributes to socially and economically sustainable housing production and senior housing.
SENORA is funded by the Ministry of the Environment, The Centre of Excellence in Research on Ageing and Care (CoE AgeCare) and the Jyväskylä Veterans Housing Foundation.
