The aim of the project Developing an Effectiveness Indicator for Rescue Services for the Guidance of Wellbeing Services Counties (PETOVA) is to produce a nationally uniform and legally justified way to assess the effectiveness of rescue services in Wellbeing Services Counties.

The research will be carried out using a multi-method approach, combining legal analysis, econometric modelling and stakeholder-based development work. The final result of the project will be an effectiveness indicator that supports decision-making at both national and regional levels.
