The Meaningful Digital Evolution (MDE) project investigates how the ongoing digital transformation affects the experienced meaningfulness of work and productivity in the technology sector.

The consortium aims to discover what types of methods and digital, AI-based tools could be developed to streamline work processes and reduce work fragmentation and technostress, making work more meaningful and productive.
