Material testing equipment

Material testing equipment can be used to examine the strength properties of materials. The test equipment consists of the following:

Freeze-thaw testing equipment
Compressive strength testing equipment
Flexural strength testing equipment
Tensile strength testing equipment
Vacuum equipment
Chloride analyzer

Freeze-thaw testing equipment
- frost resistance of the material
- stress cycles
Compressive strength testing equipment
- Compressive strength of the material sample
Flexural strength testing equipment
- Flexural strength of the material sample
Tensile strength testing equipment
- Tensile strength of the material sample
- Strength of the adhesion between the layers
Vacuum equipment
- determining the protective pore ratio in concrete (moisture content under vacuum)
Chloride analyzer
- chloride content of the sample

Freeze-thaw equipment:

- temperature range: -25…+30 °C
- control: computer controlled stress cycles
Compressive strength testing equipment:
- maximum diameter of the sample: ⌀100 mm

Flexural strength testing equipment
