MAGELLAN is a piloted development project for the BosSi game project. The general aim of the project is to help developing leadership and thus the operation and effectiveness of social services and health care organizations.
The aim is reached through producing an innovative method for research, a serious game called BosSi. The content of the game is based on theory-driven research questions, expert knowledge within the research group and on-site identified practical needs in the five collaborating social services and health care organizations.
A generic version of BosSi has also been developed in this project. The generic version of the game is piloted at industrial and educational organisations.
Goal
The game discusses decision-making in the social and healthcare business and it highlights the importance and effective use of mentor networks.
