The project utilizes cutting-edge generative AI (GenAI) technologies to address significant challenges in knowledge management (KM) and access, aiming to reduce information bottlenecks and enhance the productivity of knowledge workers in Finnish companies.
In GAIK we create GenAI-toolkit that provides a set of intelligent services to support both internal business processes and enhanced customer experience. It enables companies and technology providers to create easy-to-use information management solutions by offering user-friendly software components (modules and code libraries), guidelines, process models, templates, and reusable data models. The project develops solutions for multiple use cases tailored to the business needs of Finnish SMEs.
The consortium consists of six companies and five academic partners with expertise in business digitalization, knowledge management, data science, GenAI, and natural language processing, alongside partner companies from the manufacturing, healthcare and well-being, and construction sectors. The toolkit focuses on identified use cases aligned with modern business requirements, based on a thorough needs analysis with partner companies.
The consortium also leverages the expertise of leading technology providers specializing in customized GenAI solutions for businesses.
