Forward with co-learning

Tampere University of Applied Sciences
Duration of project1.6.2022–31.8.2023

Project objectives:
(1) further development of a coaching model based on the previously implemented SITRA coaching package.
(2) implementation of coaching packages to develop co-learning and change capacity in the participating enterprises.
(3) creation of a generic co-learning model that will contribute to strengthening the sustainability and resilience of enterprises.

The long-term objective of the project is also to further develop cooperation between higher education and work life in a more agile, responsive, timely and needs-driven direction. The project also aims to change the general perception of learning and the delivery of learning as part of work organisations operations.

Goal

The core objective of the YHET  (Forward with co-learning) project is to develop companies' capacity for change in different change-pressure situations, especially in relation to the impact of the Covid pandemic, and thereby strengthen and develop the learning capacity and competences of company management and staff. The current situation of enterprises in Pirkanmaa has been comprehensively taken into account in the preparation of the project from the point of view of the shortage of skilled workers and the level of change capability. The project is based on the Sähkörausku work life concept funded by Sitra 2021.

The results of the project will enable enterprises to develop their systemic competences in an agile manner and to address the challenges of change pressures, and will strengthen their capacity and competences to cope with unexpected change crises.
