Ulriika Leponiemi

Doctor of Administrative Sciences, postdoctoral research fellow and TRANSFORM-research platform network director, Faculty of Management and Business, University of Tampere, Finland. Leponiemi works as a researcher and her research areas are public administration, organization, and development of public services. She is interested in how public services could be organized efficiently and effectively, taking into account local decision-making and municipal residents. In addition, Leponiemi works as a network director on the TRANSFORM research platform, whose task is to increase understanding of the development needs of the welfare sector and create conditions for better decision-making.
