Ulriika Leponiemi

PhD in Administrative Sciences and currently serving as Partnership Manager at Tampere University. My expertise lies in leveraging research-based knowledge to advance public service development and in enhancing the university’s strategic role within ecosystem-driven innovation. I coordinate research, development, innovation, and education (RDI) collaboration with the wellbeing services county of Pirkanmaa, focusing on co-creating new models at the interface of academia and practice. My research interests include innovation ecosystems, the societal impact of universities, public sector leadership, and the design of effective service systems. My doctoral research on community leadership continues to inform my work in fostering cross-sectoral networks and promoting collaborative development.
