I coordinate the HR Excellence in Research development work at Tampere University.

The HR Excellence in Research award granted by the European Commission demonstrates that the university is committed to developing researchers’ working conditions and career development in accordance with the principles of the European Charter for Researchers. The development work is guided by the University’s Steering Group chaired by the Vice President for Research. The European Commission audits the University’s development work every three years. Every second evaluation cycle includes a site visit conducted by the European Commission.
