About me
As TAMK’s quality manager I’m responsible for the Quality and Information Management -unit. Customer orientation, collaboration, and co-development with different stakeholders are central to our operations.
Responsibilities
Our team supports TAMK’s management and units comprehensively in quality and information management. Our responsibility areas consist of the following functions:
- quality management
- management steering and and strategic planning support
- development of information management and enterprise architecture
- reporting and analytics, as well as support for data‑informed decision-making
- information management, records management, and enterprise architecture development
- data protection and legal affairs
- study system service entity (Peppi): technical main user support, development work, cooperation with the vendor and networks
- information systems development and vendor collaboration
- procurement and contract services and
- management support
