Carina Frondén

I am a Postdoctoral Researcher with a particular interest in the intersection of language, cognition, and social inclusion. My current research focuses on how accessible texts function as resources in educational and integrational contexts. My doctoral dissertation explored the theoretical foundations and practical implementation of Easy Language, with a particular focus on reading experiences and how linguistic features shape reading behaviour and comprehension. Combining experimental methods with qualitative and quantitative analyses, my research contributes to the evidence base for accessible language.
