WAIMH 2024 invites you to discuss and learn new things about diverse international topics related to the theme of the congress, Looking for the best care for babies, young children and their families, from 5-7 June 2024 in Tampere, Finland!

The WAIMH 2024 congress is a unique opportunity for professionals and students in the field of infant mental health, children's mental health services, family counseling, social work and specialized medical care, as well as for anyone interested in the subject. 

The congress brings together experts, researchers and professionals from different parts of the world to discuss and exchange information and experiences on issues related to infant mental health. 

Come update your skills, get inspired, gain fresh perspectives and make contacts that will support you in your meaningful work for the well-being of babies and young children! 

Lectures by international speakers will be held at the Small Auditorium at Tampere Hall. We also encourage you to participate in the poster exhibition in the program. Instructions on abstract submission can be found on the Congress webpage. 

The World Association for Infant Mental Health (WAIMH) is a not-for-profit organization for scientific and educational professionals in the field of infant mental health. WAIMH's central aim is to promote the mental wellbeing and healthy development of infants throughout the world, taking into account cultural, regional, and environmental variations, and to generate and disseminate scientific knowledge.
