A fresh batch of (hundreds) exchange students will arrive to Tampere University in January 2026. To help them, we are recruiting international student tutors from all study fields, associations, guilds and campuses. You can join by completing an application form on TREY’s website during the application period 1. - 20.10.2025.

International student tutoring offers fresh experiences, an opportunity to meet new people and a chance to practice your language and organizational skills. We require an open mind, a dedicated mindset and a willingness to help exchange students of the spring semester 2026 in our community. The main language of international student tutoring is English. New tutors can complete the international student tutoring course and obtain 2 ECTS credits. All tutors are eligible for a small compensation of 50 euros and credits can be also added to your degree’s Internationalisation module. After tutor selections in October, all new tutors are asked to join a training session on 12.11.2025 on the city centre campus at 15.00 - 16.30 (Pinni B1100). More information will be provided to tutors closer to the training.
