On the library's website, you will be served by a text-based chatbot. A competition was held to name the library bot, which received several hundred good suggestions. The winner of the name contest has been chosen and the chatbot now has a name.
The name of the chatbot serving on the library's website is Libby.
With chatbot, you can get the answer to the question you are looking for, regardless of the time of day. Our chatbot suggests suitable topics using the selection buttons. If none of the options offered by chatbot answer your question, you always have the opportunity to submit a service request to the library's e-mail, through which you will receive an answer to your question directly from the library's experts.
In the name competition, the prizes were won by Teresa Manninen and Tarja Kalliomäki-Linnas.
