The digital service referred to herein partly meets the critical Level A and AA requirements.
The status of accessibility of the digital service
The service partly fulfils the accessibility criteria.
The digital service contains the following content that is not accessible
1.1.1 Non-text content
No alternatives for images or form controls are offered to the user. The few images are there only for decorative purposes.
However, the CAPTCHA functionality is an exception. It does not offer an alternative for visually impaired people but can be disabled if required.
1.3.1 Info and Relationships (Level A)
Some form elements throughout the application cannot be programmatically determined using a screen reader. Note: this was not formally tested; a Chrome extension was used to test (Speechify Text to Speech Voice Reader) and it could read the content, more or less.
Since this type of accessibility was never anticipated, it is unlikely that myPrint will conform.
1.3.2 Meaningful Sequence (Level A)
The order of the elements on the form (on the main page) are random. The elements can be tabbed.
Access of controls on this page (and others) requires a mouse.
1.3.5 Identify Input Purpose (Level AA 2.1 only)
The purpose of most input fields collecting information about the user cannot be programmatically determined.
1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum) (Level AA)
The letters on the site are grey, and the borders around texts are blurred.
1.4.4 Resize text (Level AA)
Zooming in works only limited: you can zoom in, but not on a particular part of the site, at least with the browser on a PC. On a smart device like iPad, it works.
1.4.10 Reflow (Level AA 2.1 only)
Product interface does not reflow text to fit the width of the window and enlarges as the magnification increases.
1.4.12 Text Spacing (Level AA 2.1 only)
There are no ways to override text spacing.
2.1.1 Keyboard (Level A)
myPrint supports standard keyboard navigation and input functions (i.e., tab to move between fields, arrow keys to move between list items, Space or Enter to activate link options). The tab order is not structured. Some form controls require a mouse.
2.1.2 No Keyboard Trap (Level A)
The myPrint website can be used to some extent with the keyboard. For example, uploading a document can be done, but using a mouse remains necessary, for example to reach some buttons.
2.4.2 Page Titled (Level A)
The pages have no titles. However, the meaning of the (few) relevant pages is clear enough.
2.4.3 Focus Order (Level A)
There is a reasonable focus order throughout the product.
2.4.4 Link Purpose (In Context) (Level A)
The purpose of most links cannot be programmatically determined from the link text.
2.4.5 Multiple Ways (Level AA)
There is only one way to reach information on the website.
2.4.7 Focus Visible (Level AA)
The product uses visual changes to elements to indicate visible focus for most elements. The radio buttons to select printing preferences, do not.
3.3.2 Labels or Instructions (Level A)
Labels and/or instructions are provided for content fields.
3.3.3 Error Suggestion (Level AA)
Some suggestions are provided for input errors on required fields.
4.1.1 Parsing (Level A)
It is possible to develop tools that can do that for (most parts of) the myPrint website.
4.1.2 Name, Role, Value (Level A)
It is possible to develop tools that can do that for (most parts of) the myPrint website.
4.1.3 Status Messages (Level AA 2.1 only)
myPrint does not support this.
