Advanced Studies in Human-Technology Interaction, At least 80 cr

Objectives
  • After completing the Human-Technology Interaction M.Sc. Tech track the student will:

    • know the multidisciplinary foundations of human-technology interaction (HTI)
    • be able to apply central theories, concepts and empirical research insights in HTI development
    • have skills to design, prototype and evaluate user interfaces and interaction techniques for digital systems in different application and technology domains
    • have skills to understand requirements of different types of users and contexts of use, including psychological, cultural, societal and ethical considerations
    • be able to apply practices of user experience design, interaction design and service design in creating new digital services
    • have methodological skills in both qualitative and quantitative research and is able to plan, carry out, and report scientifically grounded research in HTI
