Objectives

Upon completion of intermediate studies in German, you will

  • be able to develop your creative thinking and identify alternative solutions-oriented working methods,
  • be able to analyse your own texts and texts produced by others and provide feedback to others on their writing,
  • be familiar with digital resources, materials and information technologies,
  • understand the impact of digitalisation on your field,
  • have the ability to operate in an international environment and engage in international and cross-cultural communication,
  • have the ability to use grammatically and stylistically correct German when communicating in a variety of study-related or professional contexts,
  • be able to analyse and articulate the structure of the German language,
  • be familiar with and understand the socio-cultural characteristics of German-speaking countries.
