Programme:

Friday, 10 February, 10 am – 5 pm (Pinni B 3109): symposium with lectures by Sten Pultz Moslund, Professor of English, University of Southern Denmark (lecture title: “Nuclear Colonialism, Climate Change and Indigenous Place-Thought in Jetn̄il-Kijiner’s Iep Jāltok: Poems From a Marshallese Daughter”) and Višnja Žugić, Associate Professor of Architecture, University of Novi Sad (“The Sense of Unfolding: Performative Spaces and the Production of Experiences”), as well as short presentations by researchers from Tampere University.

Tuesday 28 March, 4:15-6 pm (Olohuone, Pinni B 1029-30): guest lecture and discussion with Lynne Pearce, Professor of English literature, Lancaster University and Co-Director of the Lancaster Centre for Mobilities Research (title tba.)

Tuesday 4 April, 4:15-6 pm (Olohuone, Pinni B 1029-30): guest lecture and discussion with John Wylie, Professor of cultural geography, University of Bristol (title tba.)
