Academic supervision and guidance, 5 cr

The course will enable participants to identify, analyse and resolve pedagogical challenges of academic supervision and guidance. Participants will deepen their understanding of supervision and guidance by familiarising oneself with related research findings, instructional practices and working methods. Participants will utilise these skills and knowledge to develop the quality of supervision and guidance in their own work and in their community. The course includes practical teacher training (2 credit).
