The course will focus on strategic health policy and how to apply concepts and methods of evaluation, health impact assessment and policy analysis for health at local, national, European, and global levels. The course has a specific focus on how to engage with policymaking for health and engaging with intersectoral work and HIAP. It contributes to skills and capabilities for working life on strategic use of concepts and tools for health policy. The course builds skills especially for Health in All Policies, influencing determinants of health and understanding the role of interest group influence and conflicts of interest in policy-making process. The english course has its focus on European and global policies and policy processes.
