The course will cover the language used in the meeting process, leadership and managing conflict as well as the structure and linguistic features of meetings and project related texts, including agendas, minutes, proposals and reports. The module will also include the conventions applying to the writing of email messages and business letters, and the presentation of charts and graphs.
