  • Analytical modelling of single phase flows
  • Surface tension, capillary phenomena and plug flow

-Fabrication of microfluidic components in polymer

-Working principles of microfluidic components: micropumps, microvalves, micromixers

-Comsol Multiphysics and MATLAB use to model and simulate microfluidic phenomena

-Electric double-layer and electro-osmosis

-Working principles of different separation techniques

-Fabrication of microcomponents in other materials (Si, glass, metal, composites)
