Core content
- The basics of soil modeling, linear elasticity, linear-perfectly plastic models, hardening models.
- Designing earth and foundation structures using the finite element program. Use of FEM program Plaxis 2D.
- Master the typical design cases related to excavations, foundations, road and railway construction. SLS and ULS analyses of these structures.
