In the module, students read and interpret contemporary, high-level sociological publications that vary in their methodological and theoretical features. The module develops students’ research competencies in a comprehensive way, with a special focus on strengthening their skills in reading, discussing, evaluating and reporting on scientific research and on the conceptual and the methodological choices that are made in research.
