Opintojakso on maisteritason opintojen kurssi, joka koostuu kolmesta teemakokonaisuudesta: 1) Hyvinvoinnin teoriat ja käsitteet, 2) Hyvinvoinnin kokemuksellisuus ja 3) Hyvinvoinnin haasteet ja teemat 2020-luvulla.
Verkkokurssille otetaan 60 opiskelijaa. Verkkokurssin paikoista 5 on varattu avoimen yliopiston opiskelijoille.
