The course consists of three parts: The Orientation course for international students at UTA, 25-30.8.2014, the Orientation sessions related to academic culture and degree studies (on 27 August and 8 September) and separate orientation lectures and events of the degree programme, the times of which are announced separately.

The course consists of personal study planning sessions with the teachers, other information sessions and four sessions of teaching by the Tertio health sciences library.

- Mass spectrometry analysis
- Effect of a mutation on the 3D structure of a protein
- Accessing online databases through APIs
- Application of supervised learning methods
- DNA-sequencing data analysis
Note! The course is suitable for biotechnology students without prior programming experience.
