After the course, the student can:
- study scientific literature to stay up to date on the state-of-the-art methods in bioinformatics.
- compare the state-of-the-art methods in terms of their benefits and drawbacks.
- give a presentation on a bioinformatics topic.
One presentation, attendance to seven seminars during one academic year, and active participation at the seminars are required to pass the course.
Seminar sessions on Monday mornings every second week as specified in the teaching schedule. Possible changes announced separately.
