Learning outcomes

After the course the students posses a diverse understanding on
- the possibilities and challenges of current learning technologies and their applications in different contexts, and
- the socio-cultural framework and aspects around the digitalization of learning.

General description

This course presents a timely snapshot on ICT4D, HCI4D, MIL4C and their applications in higher education, digitalization of learning and cross-cultural collaboration. It is suitable for master's and PhD students in Human-Technology Interaction, Media Education and other relevant fields.

Guest speakers include

  • Prof. Manisha Pathak-Shelat from MICA, Ahmedabad, India,
  • Prof. Keyur Sorathia from IIT-Guwahati, Assam, India and
  • Head of Design and UX Saurabh Srivastava from Conduent Labs, Bengaluru, India.
