This course is an advanced introductory course to the themes and concepts of the Master's Degree Programme in Leadership for Change. Leadership and change dynamics are examined in relation to topical events and processes. The course uses a multidisciplinary approach and interactive learning methods in close cooperation with businesses and public sector organisations. The course is taught by academic experts and visiting practitioners.
The course has two parts: The “Key Concept Lectures” equip students with conceptual tools for analyzing organizational and societal change. At the “LFC Lectures” visiting practitioners discuss change dynamics from the perspective of their organizations. Students take an active role in organizing the LFC Lectures.
2.-4. period
The course continues in the form of LFC Lectures during the 2nd–4th period. More exact schedule will be announced later.
