On completion of the course, students are expected to
• have a better understanding of the influence of culture on language and communication
• have practiced and developed their intercultural communication skills in real situations with people from different cultural backgrounds
• be able to evaluate and plan the development of their own intercultural communication skills
• be more aware of cultural difference
