Learning outcomes

Upon completion of the course students are able to understand how different forms of organizing public service provision affect public financial management, in particular public sector accounting and reporting, financial planning, performance measurement, and evaluation. Based on reading, analyzing and discussing related scholarly articles, the students will be able to consider such effects also on a conceptual level.
