Learning outcomes

After the course, the student can:
- Explain what is systems biology
- Explain the principles of common inference and modeling approaches.
- Apply inference and modeling approaches to biomedical data
- Apply data analysis methods to large multi modal datasets

Recommended during the second year of study in the bioinformatics programme. Prerequisites: BIO2200 Introduction to computational biology, BIO4440 Basic biological data analysis with R & BIO4450 High-throughput data analysis or equivalent prior knowledge in the field.
