Student understands
a) the structure and functioning of the legal system from the viewpoint of cross-border (digital) business and
b) key legal concepts and key sources of legal risks in the fields of contract law, company law and tax law.
General description
- How and why legal environment affects business
- Law principles of contracting and business negotiations in international context
- Corporate governance in limited liability companies
- Legal framework of tax planning and tax-related risks in cross-border business
