Learning outcomes

After having completed the study module the student practices being an expert in a limited topic of her or his own choosing. The student gets proficient in observing what kinds of equalizing and unequalizing practices exist in workplaces in the modus operandi of people and work communities, workplace and work cultures and the structures of the organization.

Contents

Different kinds of project work or work practice (2 months) upon agreement and a short report. The student can do the working life project either as work practice connected to university studies, as work experience acquired by oneself or as voluntary work. More detailed instruction on reporting and doing the module can be found on the Department website.
