Learning outcomes

Upon successful completion of the course unit, the student will be familiar with the principles of producing legally valid translations, will be able to produce legally valid translations from Finnish into French, and will be able to identify translation problems specific to working language and culture pairs and to solve them using supplementary materials and tools.

The course unit explores documents written in Finnish and French, the principles that apply to producing legally valid translations, and their application.
