Learning outcomes

Students should be able to
- understand the fundamental principles of research and innovation management and projects;
- identify critical problems and apply different methods of analysis;
- set project objectives and goals;
- prepare activity schedule and project budget;
- devise project evaluation system;
- deal with complex issues; prepare project reports
