After the course, the student can:
- describe different types of biological sequencing data and their functional elements.
- access the databases and tools that provide information about sequences.
- describe high-throughput measurement technologies and their applications.
- explain the benefits of integration of different measurement data types.
- explain the role of computational analysis in biomedical research.
- list some applications of computational analysis and mathematical models in biosciences.
