Learning outcomes

After completing the course, the student recognises the main leadership tasks and competences related to different leadership models. The student also understands the paradoxical aims related to supervisory work and leadership. During the course, the student evaluates and develops one's own leadership skills.

Contents

The course covers following topics: main supervisory tasks, competencies and skills related to performance management, change management, knowledge management, human resource management and own professonal growth.
