Learning outcomes

After completing the course, students will be able to analyse target audiences, and they are familiar with relevant legislation in technical communication. Students can design and write usable, high-quality documentation in Finnish. Students are able to apply the principles of terminology work to the needs of an organisation. In addition, students are able to produce a CV that meets working life requirements.

Contents

Target audience methods, laws and standards in the field, analysis and writing assignments, overview of technical language, principles of terminology work and its applications in the corporate world.
