Upon successful completion of the course unit, the student will be familiar with the special characteristics of news reports and able to translate, shorten, and edit them for radio broadcasting.
Contents
The course unit includes translating topical Finnish-language news items into the student’s B working language, planning a news broadcast, and orally presenting it on the university's radio station.
