Learning outcomes

The student becomes familiar with the current themes and cross cutting issues in public administration reforms and research. Student has a knowledge on the recent research on the current paradigms of public administration and can contextualize the current issues in the frame of administrative reforms and management fads.

Contents

Evolution of public administration values, steering instruments and practices in Nordic countries. Current management and administrative trend. Crosscutting issues of digitalization, globalization, co-creation, network management and public private partnerships.
