Learning outcomes

After the course students have better tools to read, understand and evaluate qualitative studies.

Contents

This is the introductory course on qualitative research especially within health sciences. It is aimed at doctoral students with little or no understanding of qualitative research methods. The course aims to provide understanding of different qualitative approaches. It is particularly suited for students who wish to add a qualitative dimension on their research project and doctoral students at the beginning of their studies. The course provides a useful overlook to qualitative research anyone interested to know more of it.
