Learning outcomes

After completing the course unit the student has a grasp of the most commonly applied statistical methods and data analysis techniques of Political Science and is familiar with different types of data sets. The students know the most common statistical terms and are able to apply basic statistical methods. They are also familiar with the principles of more complex statistical tests and models and are able to apply quantitative methods independently in their Bachelor's and Master's theses.
