Learning outcomes

After completing this course, the student will
- understand the practical aspects of designing a research project
- be able to write a research plan
- be able to present his/her research plan
- be able to comment on other students? research plans and utilize feedback given by others
- have completed a detailed research plan for his/her doctoral thesis

Contents

The students will work with developing a comprehensive research proposal for their thesis. They will present drafts of the proposals and give feedback on other students? proposals.
